Meditation is an ancient wellness practice that enables us to return to our true selves.
Regular meditation practice increases clarity, concentration and focus whilst decreasing stress, anxiety and irritation.
Meditation aids sleep and promotes feelings of wellbeing and compassion for oneself as well as for others.

During a typical session we would have a short discussion based on aspects of the self that are in need of support.
I would then take you through a tailor-made meditation of approximately 20 minutes.
This is followed by a discussion based on your experiences during the meditation and guidance on how to continue to make it a regular practice.
